The Municipality of Bindura has read the riot at, issuing a strong warning to individuals operating unauthorized businesses in capital of Mashonaland Central province.
Individuals that are affected include illegal tuck shops,mobile cash cabins,Lp gas outlets,hair salons and other businesses operating from makeshift structures without proper permits.
“The council direct the illegal business operators to cease operations and vacate premises by January 30.2025,or risk the seizure of their equipment and goods,”said Bindura Town Clerk E.A Madzire in a statement.
The municipality emphasized that these operations violate local regulations and pose potential safety and order concerns around shopping centers.

“Individuals operating unauthorized businesses have been advised to visit the Town Planning Office for clarification on the necessary permits and procedures for operating legally.”
The municipality has assured residents that it will strictly enforce this directive after the deadline.
