HARARE – Businessman Wicknell Chivayo has surprised street preacher Prophet Inzwirashe Matema with a brand-new 2025 Toyota Fortuner 2.4 GD6 and US$50,000 in cash, in recognition of his dedication to spreading the gospel in the streets.

The gesture was announced on Chivayo’s official Facebook page, where he praised Prophet Matema’s humility and commitment to ministering outside traditional church settings.

Sharing a lengthy post titled “THE HOLY SPIRIT FROM 1st STREET…”, Chivayo said true ministry was not about titles or pulpits, but about remaining grounded in prayer and serving God faithfully in all circumstances even on dusty streets.

“I have come to realize that the humility of mankind is the highest honour and exaltation of God,” wrote Chivayo, adding that he deeply respected preachers who dedicate themselves to reaching “ordinary people roaming in town” as their congregation.

Chivayo described Prophet Matema as a courageous preacher whose street ministry inspires discipline, prayer, and hard work.

In his announcement, Chivayo directed the preacher to Exquisite Motors to collect the fully paid SUV and revealed that the US$50,000 cash gift was meant to support his ministry and extend the reach of the gospel.

“So today, Prophet Inzwirashe Matema, I say congratulations… please go and collect your brand-new 2025 Toyota Fortuner 2.4 GD6… In addition, you will receive USD50,000 in cash to support your ministry to even greater heights,” Chivayo wrote.

He signed off his post with a blessing: “May this small token strengthen your hands and lengthen your reach, for the harvest is ready and the Master is pleased… God bless you.”
