DULIBADZIMU United FC U19 has been summoned to a disciplinary hearing by ZIFA Matabeleland South following the allegations of use of improperly registered players.
The hearing is scheduled for October 30, 2026.
The summons relate to the Beitbridge development derby between Vhembe U19 and Dulibadzimu, which was played on October 4, 2026. The match ended in a 1-1 draw, with both teams sharing the spoils.
Dulibadzimu is alleged to have fielded Vhembe Stars Academy players Adel Chipuve and Joel Innocent Muvembi during the encounter.
According to the allegations, Muvembi featured in the derby under a different name from his birth name, while Chipuve used his original name.
Both players are reportedly registered with their rivals, Vhembe Stars Academy.
Chipuve, who was born on February 19, 2008, was registered as a Vhembe Stars Academy player in 2025.
Ziyah New Network understands that Vhembe has also been summoned to the hearing as a witness in the matter.
The outcome of the hearing is expected to shed more light on the allegations surrounding the players’ registration and eligibility.
