THE 2026 Central Region Soccer League (CRSL) Division One season will feature fresh competition as Good Morning FC, Shurugwi FC, and Super Strikers earned promotion from Division Two, while Kwekwe United drop from the Premier Soccer League (PSL) following a dismal campaign.
Good Morning FC sealed their place in Division One after dominating the ZIFA Midlands Division 2B with a commanding 13-point lead, completing their 2025 campaign unbeaten. Their promotion was credited to tactical discipline, consistency, and resilience.
Joining them is Shurugwi FC, who topped the Midlands Province Division 2A with 60 points, showcasing solid form and determination throughout the season to secure a deserved promotion to the second-tier league.
From the south, Super Strikers also booked their Division One spot after winning the Matabeleland South Division 2 championship in December 2025, finishing with 63 points.
Meanwhile, Kwekwe United will play Division One football in 2026 after being relegated from the PSL. The side finished bottom of the table with just 10 points in the top flight, marking a disappointing end to their season.
