TWO Beitbridge primary schools have made it into the top 49 schools to score a 100 percent pass rate in their Grade 7 final year examinations.

Oakleigh House Trust and Welton, both private schools, have stood their ground and rub shoulders with long established traditionally known schools in the country.

Ranked 39 and 41 respectively from the recorded 5 266 primary schools countrywide , the two schools had all their students passing.

Oakleigh House Trust School had 21 students while Welton had 26.

Other schools in Matabeleland South did not have a single child pass and Gwanda is last being number 5 266.
