Excitement might turn to frustration for fans of Zimbabwean music sensation Winky D as news filters that his upcoming Winky D Crossover Show, scheduled for December 31, 2024 at the HICC might be in jeopardy . A public notice from Tsunga Law International has sparked outrage across social media, with fans expressing their disappointment and concern over potential changes to the long-anticipated event.
In the statement released earlier today, Tsunga Law International emphasized Winky D’s commitment to delivering an exceptional performance at HICC, stating, “Winky D remains enthusiastic about delivering an exceptional crossover performance… His management team secured the venue as early as May 2024 and made all necessary arrangements for the show.”
However, the notice revealed a significant setback.
“The venue owners have chosen to prioritize another event on the same date, which unfortunately disregards the agreement established with Winky D,” reads the statement
As word spread, fans took to social media to voice their dismay. Comments flooded in, reflecting the deep connection Winky D has with his audience, and the disappointment they felt at the potential disruption.
