Beitbridge Stars player Elizabeth Mushore has capped an amazing 2024 season by winning the Outstanding Gem Player year award at the belated Netball Premier league Awards.
Speaking to Ziyah News, the 24 year old is on cloud nine highlighting that this award is a product of hard work in each and every game she plays.
“Nothing much lm just happy l was recognised after a job well done and hard work,” said Mushore.
Mushore demonstrated her remarkable individual brilliannce and team work effort leading the Gems into the third place in the inaugural New Celtic Cup and the Africa Netball Cup.
Mushore was also named the best defender of Africa Netball Cup tournament after displaying exceptional court coverage, intercepting key passes, forcing turnovers and was a defensive force to reckon throughout the matches against munch fancied sides.
Elizabeth Mushore has been outstanding with the Gems, raising the Zimbabwean flag higher in 2024. Here are the rest of the winners on the night:
