Bishopstone FC secured a much needed 2-1 victory against Midlands State University FC in Match Day 3 of the Central Region Soccer League over the weekend.
This win was crucial for the Beitbridge side following their poor start in the league posting two consecutive losses against Chapungu and Sheasham.
Despite being backed by the home crowd, MSU FC failed to withstand Bishopstone FC’s aggressive attacks, ultimately conceding defeat in front of their loyal fans.
Richard Peni and Tawananyasha Chirara helped Bishopstone FC secure all three points against Midlands State University boys scoring the crucial goals away from home.
