The dreadful protests in Mozambique continues messing the country‘s infrastructure, putting people’s life in danger,as the Lebombo border closed for the second time.

The  protests have continued to be violent and putting citizens, tourist lives in danger leading to the second closure of the Lebombo border between Mozambique –South African

South Africa’s Trans African Concessions N4 toll route took social media to highlightt SA’s transport minister Barbara Creecy announced the officially closure of the SA-Mozambique border. The minister also urged  truck companies to avoid trucks due to inhuman conditions.

“The SA –Mozambique border is officially closed ,as announced by Transport Minister Barbara Creecy ,trucking companies are urged to avoid sending trucks due to inhuman conditions for drivers.TRAC has provided humanitarian aid but the situation is now dire,”TRAC N4 Toll Route stated.

A social media activist Cidia Chissungo took social media to highlight the chaotic situation, revealing the destruction of Mahulo toll in Maputo, with police cars burned and allegations of civilian death.

“A number of police stations being burnt down is scary, FRELIMO district headquarters burned down in Maringue ,Sofala province… protesters burn down a vehicle blocking a bridge in Matola after a rapid innervation unit tear gassed peaceful protesters, ”Chissungo stated.

In this era, the only question that everyone in the world could ask is when could this inhuman situation end .It has been a terrifying situation for the people of Mozambique and it seems it’s not stopping anytime soon.
