The Confederation of African Football and the Morocco Local Organising Committee have announced the six venues that will be used for the Woman’s Africa Cup of Nations 2024, scheduled to run from July 5 to 26, 2025.
CAF stated that Olympic Stadium (Rabat), Larbi Zaouli Stadium (Casablanca),Pere Jégo Stadium (Casablanca), El Bachir Stadium, (Mohammédia, Honor Stadium (Oujda) and Berkane Stadium (Berkane) are the six selected venues for the WAFCON 2024.
This will be the first time that more than three venues will be used in the WAFCON tournament.
Following the trend of CAF competitions over the past four years, the CAF WAFCON Morocco 2024 is poised to break new ground, building on the massive success of previous editions.
The tournament’s expectations are quite high that it will shatter past records in stadium attendance, global broadcast viewership, and digital engagement.
