Zimbabwe’s most hotly debated music rivalry has officially turned into the country’s most anticipated concert event after confirmation that Jah Prayzah real name Mukudzei Mukombe and Winky D real name Wallace Chirumiko will share the stage in a joint show dubbed “One Big Party.”

The historic performance, set to light up City Sports well into 2026, was officially announced by event organisers Chipaz Promotion.

It has already sent social media into a frenzy.

Within hours of the announcement, heated debates erupted online, with fans fiercely arguing over a single burning question: Who will perform last?

In Zimbabwe’s music culture, as with many major shows across the region, the final performance is regarded as the ultimate honor the slot reserved for the artist considered the biggest draw of the night.

With both Jah Prayzah and Winky D commanding massive, loyal fan bases, the decision has become a national talking point.

Some fans argue that Jah Prayzah’s dominance in live band performances and his long list of chart-topping hits make him the natural headliner.

Others insist that Winky D’s unmatched crowd control, lyrical depth, and street appeal give him the rightful claim to the final slot.

Hashtags, fan polls, and debate threads have already flooded Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and WhatsApp groups, turning the concert into one of Zimbabwe’s most talked-about entertainment moments before it happens.

While the rivalry fuels excitement, the collaboration itself is seen as a historic win for Zimbabwean music.

Both artists are among the most influential figures of their generation, and their decision to share one stage is being celebrated as a unifying moment for the industry.

For now, the organisers are keeping quiet on who will close the show a move that is only adding fuel to the already raging debate.

As excitement continues to build, one thing is certain: whether Jah Prayzah performs last or Winky D takes the final bow, “One Big Party” is shaping up to be one of the biggest entertainment events in Zimbabwe’s recent history.
