The Miss Beitbridge pageant will make its return on July 15, 2026, at Purple Heart in the Tshidixwa Suburb of Beitbridge.
The pageant will bring together major corporates, stakeholders, service providers and media partners, whose participatory roles will be announced at a later stage.

Councillor Brenda Maworere is expected to attend the event as a special guest being considered as a former Miss Zimbabwe judge.

As the pageant approaches, it is important to note Ruvimbo Mukandatsama was the last crowned Miss Beitbridge in 2018 running under the theme ‘beauty with brains’.

This year’s competition will feature 9 contestants representing various areas, including Chapfuche, Malala, Shashe and Dulibadzimu.

Winners of the pageant will earn the opportunity to represent Beitbridge at the next Miss Tourism Zimbabwe competition.

Event organiser and former Mr Zimbabwe, Chris Ncube, said the pageant plays a significant role in empowering young women.

“Miss Beitbridge is important because it is a stepping-stone event for local young women through its boost for confidence” he said.

He also said, the competition helps participants believe in themselves while exposing them to opportunities that can contribute to career development and international travel.

“We are expecting a beautiful gala, a night of good food, fashion, expression and entertainment,” said Ncube.

Musical act Star Danger and Band will perform, alongside popular TikToker Dylan Dawson.

PWUD podcaster Daveson Dave will serve as the master of ceremonies for the event.
