In line with the Government’s thrust to evaluate the performance of it’s key public servants against set targets as outlined in their performance contracts, the Chief Secretary to the President and Cabinet, Dr Martin Rushwaya, has announced the evaluation results for fiscal year 2023 Performance Contracts.
