AFTER a heated social media debate over which event will dominate, Beitbridge is set for a thrilling Saturday night on July 25, with three major entertainment events taking centre stage.
SkeemBeit will host Zimdancehall star Hwindi President, alongside DJs Jungle Booster and Scorpion.
An event coordinator, who preferred to remain anonymous, said the artist was booked following overwhelming requests from local fans.
Hwindi President, born Bassel Parewa, is known for hits including Tambirai Monarch and Bhazi ne Tuckshop.
Fresh from a two-month renovation, Konka Pub officially reopens from 5pm with Kae Chaps, DJ Teddy, Vic Gee and MC Kay One.
Event coordinator Teddy Malungisa said the relaunch will showcase the venue’s new management and club setup, promising a memorable live entertainment experience.
Kae Chaps, born Kudakwashe Chapepa, is celebrated for songs such as Juzi, Mavanga, Huchapa and Mwana Wevhu.
Adding to the excitement, the Beitbridge Achievement Awards will also take place at Caleb Royal Institute, next to Purple Hut OJs, completing a night packed with live performances, dancing and fan-artist interaction.
