 COSAFA sides Zambia and South Africa are set to battle each other  in their final group match O U20 Africa Cup of Nations Under 20,  both teams vie for a quarter final spot.

An effortless 4-1 victory against table leaders  Sierra Leone saw South Africa move into second place with 6 points, ahead of Zambia with 5 points, Egypt with 4 points and Tanzania with 0 points.

The COSAFA duo ‘s fixture stands as a deciding match for who will secure a semi-final spot. Both teams still have a chance to qualify, however, their chances  depend 50% on themselves and 50 % on their  SADC ally, Tanzania.

Tanzania is set to battle the  hosts Egypt , as the latter tries to secure a quarterfinal spot at the expense of either of the  COSAFA sides.

 A crucial scenario  that could give the COSAFA  teams an advantage is if Tanzania can at least draw against or beat Egypt.
