The Beitbridge branch of local telecommunications company Utande, a subsidiary of Dandemutande hosted a successful product fair at Beitbridge inn as part of the company’s program dubbed the ‘Product Marathon’, aimed at showcasing the different Information and Communication Technology solutions they offer.
The Utande team exhibited, presented, and demonstrated their diverse range of products, including CCTVs, internet packages, laptops, software products, cloud services and wide range of ICT products and services.
The event demonstrated that Utande’s capabilities extend far beyond internet connectivity, offering a comprehensive range of ICT solutions and related services.
Visitors from various places around Beitbridge Town came to the product fair, witnessing first hand the Utande range of services and gaining product knowledge.
From individuals, company representatives, local leadership including Beitbridge Town Clerk Loud Ramagkapola, visitors had the opportunity to interact with Utande’s expert team, learning about new products and services, and experience the latest technologies and solutions firsthand.
Marketing Executive for Dandemutande, Pamela Nyakabau said the Product Marathon acords their brand a chance to have unique product experience.
“The Product Marathon is a series of one-day events held across various cities in Zimbabwe. Each event is designed to showcase our products, allowing customers to interact directly with the product managers responsible for their development and management. This approach offers attendees an intimate understanding of each product’s features, benefits, and the innovation behind them,” she said.
Nyakabau further states that the product fair provides, “Tailored experiences , feedback Collection and a chance for collaborations by partnering with local businesses and influencers.”
“The Product Marathon exemplifies our commitment to fostering strong customer relationships and ensuring that our products meet the evolving needs of consumers nationwide,” she adds.
Thus far, the Product Marathon has been to several towns ad cities including, Harare, Mutare, Kwekwe,Gweru, Masvingo, Bulawayo and Beitbridge is the latest to host the one day event.
