Dulibadzimu United suffered a humiliating 4-1 defeat to the debutants Gwanda Pirates in the Central Region Soccer League in Gwanda yesterday.
Following their postponed opening match against Grain Tigers , The Beitbridge based side, finally played their first match of the 2025 season where they were humiliated by a huge score margin.
Dulis fans were hoping for their team to perform well against the debutants, however they were left frustrated and heartbroken after the team picked up from from its poor results at the back end of last season.
Debutants Gwanda Pirates have now won their first two matches, 1-0 against MSU FC and 4-1 against Dulis.
In another results, fellow Beitbridge side Bishopstone suffered a 3-0 defeat at the hands Sheasham at Mutshato stadium.
Bishopstone now sits on two consecutive losses, 5-0 against Chapungu and 3-0 to Sheasham.
The Beitbridge duo have kicked off their league matches with poor performance, leaving their fans stunned and frustrated, questioning their hope of bringing back Premiership football to the district
