Chitungwiza – A 32 year old man, Providence Shumba, has been arrested by the Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) in connection with a robbery that occurred at an Ecocash Shop at Zvipoto Bus Terminus, Unit O, Chitungwiza on June 25, 2025.
Shumba allegedly stole Buddie scratch cards worth $1,000, $180 in cash, a Samsung A04 cellphone, and a Huawei cellphone.
Shumba was tracked down and arrested, leading to the recovery of stolen goods valued at $500 in Buddie scratch cards and the two cellphones.
Shumba is expected to face robbery charges in court soon
