Highlanders FC return to Mutare on a mission to redeem themselves against Manica Diamonds today, following the adverse outcome of their previous home match at Babourfields Stadium last weekend.
The 3-2 defeat at the hands of Simba Bhora FC has added an extra incentive to win this time around against Manica Diamonds in order to keep their Castle Premier Soccer league campaign on track.
Bosso look to redeem themselves following a dreadful spell, having dropped 13 points in their last 5 matches.
The Bulawayo giants currently sit on the 10th position with 19 points,trailing Manica Diamonds, who sit 9th on 20 points.
While, Highlanders FC struggled for consistency occasionally yielding patchy performances and results, the Bosso faithfuls have stood solidly behind the team, amid some murmurs of discontent and they will be hoping for redemption and maximum points from Coach Kelvin Kaindu and his charges.
Elsewhere, Green fuel will lock horns against debutants and the League’s ‘Moneybags’ Scottland at the Green Fuel Arena.
