Prophetic, Healing and Deliverance (PHD) Ministries founder Walter Magaya has been granted bail by the Harare High Court.
According to reports, Justice Gibson Mandaza granted Magaya US$3,000 bail on Tuesday following his arrest last week.
The popular preacher is facing rape and fraud charges linked to a failed housing project that allegedly defrauded some of his congregants of thousands of dollars.
Magaya is expected to appear in court again on November 18 for routine remand.
His wife, Tendai Magaya, and his bodyguard, Tapiwa Chikondo, who were also arrested, were granted bail by the Magistrates Court last week.
Chikondo faces an additional charge of resisting law officers.
