South African music sensation Makhadzi danced her way to victory at the Trace Awards held on February 26, 2025, in Zanzibar, winning the coveted Best Dance of the Year award.
The “Ma Gear” secured her place in the spotlight against tough competitors like Dancegod Lloyd, Kamo Mphela, Telminho, Ordinateur, Ikorodu Boys, and others.
In addition to her victory in the dance category, Makhadzi was also nominated for Best Female Artist.
Following her triumphant night, Makhadzi took to social media to share stunning photos of her award show look and expressed her heartfelt gratitude to her fans, affectionately known as “khadzinators.”
