Northern Region Women Soccer league debutants, Ngezi Platinum Queens might have unearthed a striking sensation in Clementine Mavenge, the leading the scorer in the league.
Mavenge’s trailblazing form has seen her score 22 goals in five matches that she has played.
According to Ngezi Platinum official post on X, The sensation Mavenge managed to score 22 goals in 5 games followed by her teamates Patience Nkomo with 11goals, Chipo Nhawu (7goals) alongside their Black Rhinos Queens counterparts Polite Mabvengwa and Ruvarashe Musonza.
The league newbies come into establishment as a sister club to the reigning champions of the Castle Lager Premier Soccer league, Ngezi Platinum to meet the confederation of African football standards and be eligible to compete in the interclub competition.
The development of the club was in line with the sustainability growth empowerment of the girl child in pursuit of the club licensing requirements. Thus far Ngezi Platinum queens have emerging young woman talents like Clementine Mavenge and Patience Nkomo.
