LOADWELL Ziyadumah, the Managing Director of Ziyah Media and its subsidiary Ziyah News Network, has been appointed as the AGM Marketing and Publicity for the Matabeleland South Zimbabwe National Youth and Paralympic Games (ZNYPG) provincial management committee.
The appointment, confirmed in a letter seen by Ziyah News Network, was made by the Permanent Secretary for Provincial Affairs and Devolution Latiso Flamini Maseko in conjunction with the Provincial Sports and Recreation Development Committee (PROSRDC).
Ziyadumah’s role will involve coordinating and overseeing planning, administration, and implementation of all activities related to the ZNYPG at provincial level.
Speaking to Ziyah News Network, Ziyadumah reflected both pride in his appointment and a long-term commitment to youth development and sports in his province
“It’s a great honour to serve the country and my province. I will make sure we deliver as a province. From day one, since I ventured into sports, it has been my priority to put Beitbridge and Matabeleland South on the map,” he said
Ziyadumah is also well known for his philanthropic support of sports and youth development in Beitbridge.
In 2024, Ziyah Media sponsored the Dulibadzimu United FC Soccer team with kits, followed by support for the Vhembe Stars in 2025.
He also annually hosts the Ziyah Soccer Tournaments, which bring together under-19 boys’ and girls’ school teams from across Beitbridge, providing a platform to promote local talent and foster community engagement in sports.
Ziyadumah also sits on the Board of the Zimbabwe Football Association (ZIFA) Matabeleland South Province, further strengthening his role in shaping sports development and nurturing young talent in the region.
His appointments are expected to enhance the visibility and impact of youth and sports initiatives in Matabeleland South, inspiring young athletes to pursue both mainstream and Paralympic sports while fostering greater community participation.
