Three hundred and fourty seven CBZ Holdings workers are set to lose their jobs as part of what the company termed the completion of a restructuring exercise which started in October aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and strengthening the groups market

The 347 workers represent fifth of the CBZ group totalling 1,448 employees

Despite the challenges CBZ Holdings has expressed its gratitude to the affected employees saying, “We are deeply grateful for the contributions of all affected employees, and we are committed to supporting them during this transition and providing the necessary resources to assist in their next steps.”

The commitment of supporting affected employees demonstrates CBZ Holdings dedication to treating its staff with respect and care, even in difficult circumstances.

With the restructuring exercise now complete, CBZ Holdings is poised to emerge stronger and more resilient, with a renewed focus on serving its stakeholders with excellence, the group envisages.
