Beitbridge — The people of Beitbridge district gathered at Tshapongwe Primary School for festivities to celebrate the ascention of distinguished Member of Parliament for Beitbridge East Honourable Albert Nguluvhe to the esteemed position of Minister of State for Matabeleland South.
The event was a heartfelt tribute to his remarkable journey and accomplishments of a reverted politician in Matabeleland South. The celebration was well attended by members of the Nguluvhe family, ward councillors, and representatives from across Beitbridge East, reflecting the community’s pride and support for their leader’s achievements.
In his remarks during the event, Honourable Nguluvhe expressed profound gratitude to the constituents who entrusted him with their votes, emphasizing that their support was instrumental in his rise to the ministerial position.
“I am deeply thankful to the people of Beitbridge East for their unwavering support. Without your trust and confidence, I wouldn’t be where I am today,” he stated.
He also took a moment to commend his family for their steadfast support, acknowledging the sacrifices they have made.
“My family has stood by me through thick and thin, even when it meant sacrificing quality time together. I am grateful for their patience and understanding,” he added.
Looking ahead, Honorable Nguluvhe promised to continue working diligently for the betterment of his community, pledging to deliver tangible progress and give back to the people he represents.
“My goal is to serve with dedication and integrity, ensuring that Beitbridge and Matabeleland South benefit from initiatives that foster development and growth,” he affirmed.
The Minister of Industry and Commerce Hon. Nqobizitha Mangaliso Ndhlovu , also praised Nguluvhe for his longstanding commitment to public service.saying, “Honorable Nguluvhe has served diligently in government for many years, demonstrating unwavering dedication to his country and community. We commend his leadership and look forward to his continued contributions,” he said.
