Beitbridge West Member of Parliament Thusani Ndou has commended the organisers of the Beitbridge Business Expo for creating a platform that promotes investment, networking and economic development in the border town.
Speaking to Ziyah News Network on the first day of the Beitbridge Business Expo, Ndou applauded the organisers for hosting the event in Ward 4 of Beitbridge Urban Constituency.
He welcomed exhibitors from across Zimbabwe and encouraged them to explore investment opportunities in the district, saying Beitbridge is open for business and ready for growth.
“I would like to appreciate the organisers of the Beitbridge Business Expo for bringing together businesses from across the country. Beitbridge is open for business, and we encourage investors to feel free to invest and contribute to the development of our town,” said Ndou.
He said the expo aligns with President Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa’s development mantra of “leaving no place and no one behind,” adding that initiatives such as the Beitbridge Business Expo ensure border communities also benefit from national economic growth.
Ndou said bringing businesses together creates opportunities for partnerships, innovation and investment that will contribute to employment creation and the continued transformation of Beitbridge into a thriving commercial hub.
