Bishopstone FC continues to struggling to cope in the Central Region Soccer League as they following another defeat in as many matches. This time the Beitbridge outfit succumbed to a 2-0 defeat at the hands of Blanket Mine in match day 10 of the league.
The defeat to Blanket Mine leaves the Beitbridge West outfit reeling having lost seven out of ten matches, concededing 17 goals in the process. Their five points were accumulated from the single victory and two draws they have registered so far leaving them sorting second from bottom on the table.
Elsewhere, Dulibadzimu United bounced back to winning ways with a 1-0 victory over Shabane Mine.
Benedict Sithole found the back of the net for Dulibadzimu United, as he recorded his 5th goal of the season.
Meanwhile, fellow Beitbridge side, Division 2 outfit Vhembe Stars Academy secured a 2-0 victory against SuperSport, their first win in the Matebeleland South Division 2 Pool A.
