The Confederation of African Football has completed  a partnership with Africa Global Logistics  in Johannesburg , making AGL the  logistics partner for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations and 2026 Women Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.

Following their successful collaboration at the AFCON 2023 in Ivory Coast, AGL will once again play a significant role as the CAF’s  logistics partner the WAFCON 2026 and AFCON 2025.

CAF President Patrice Motsepe highlighted that the  CAF and AGL partnership will play a significant role in developing  football on the  continental, as African countries strive to emerge as major powers in the football world. Additional he also emphasized that the partnership will improve the living standards and create job opportunities in the football environment.

“We want the best of African football to be competing against the best of the world football.Part of our objectives is for our African counties to  be  the champions of the world and this aim needs investments  and commitment

The partnership of CAF and AGL will also contribute to the socio-economic upliftment of our rural and urban communities on the African Continent. We recognise the connection between football and economic development of our people in each of the 54 countries…,” CAF President Motsepe stated.

The CEO of AGL, Philip Labonne also emphasized that they share the same vision of unity and excellence for Africa and the  transformation of its football environments. Labonne emphasised that looking at his home team France, which has been winning with African players, he is looking for the partnership to improve the football image and standards for African teams to earn their success in the near future.

We are honoured to extend our collaboration with CAF. We share the same vision of unity and excellence for Africa. We aim to support the successful organization of major tournaments like AFCON and WAFCON, and also to transform African football into a lasting driver of economic and social development.

We spoke of the French team, the team of France is team Africa and we were champions with the team of Africa, the point is it is time for the Africans to develop and own their success that own its own needs investments and commitment to achieve the goal…,” Labonne stated.

The partnership by CAF and AGL which encompasses WAFCON also reflects CAF’s dedication to empower women football.
