Harare giants Caps United have come out to set  the record straight regarding the player status and de-registrations after media rumours stating that Enock Manokore is on the transfer list.

Following the misinformation , Caps United clarified that the reports are untrue and Enock Manokore remains a Green Machine player.

The club also confirmed the de-registration of Joseph Mbollo, Ruena TJihamba and Cryrodge Denhere.

“ Caps United Football Club would like to clear the air with regards to some media house misinformation about Eric Manokore being on transfer listed. As a matter of fact, the details are untrue. Eric Manokore is fully a Caps United player and is in the head coach ‘s plans for the season, Makepekepe stated.

“However, the club officialy confirm the following players ‘ de-registration from the squad, Joseph Mbollo, Ruena TJihamba and Cryrodge Denhere.”

Following the deregistration , Caps United thanked the released players stating, “We would like to thank the above players for their dedicated time and performance with the club and we wish them well in their future ventures.

Meanwhile, Caps United are gearing up to battle with the Triangle United on Sunday, 13 July 2025, with Triangle looking to further distance themselves from the relegation zone.
