Dulibadzimu United is set to face ZRP Gwanda in match day 6 of the Central Region Soccer League Division One at Dulibadzimu Stadium in a midweek fixture on tomorrow, 14 May 2025
The Beitbridge outfit will no doubt be looking to maintain their winning momentum, having recovered from their opening match loss Gwanda Pirates and then securing four consecutive wins on the bounce.
ZRP Gwanda have managed to secure 2 wins, 2 draws and 1 loss which has seen them sitting in 6th position with 8 points.
Psychologically, ZRP Gwanda have an edge over the Beitbridge outfit following their last season ‘s 0-0 stalemate draw at Dulibadzimu Stadium and 2 – 0 victory at Phelandaba stadium. Backed by the home crowd, Dulis will be motivated by their desire to keep their winning rhythm and seek revenge in front of their loyal fans.
One of the Dulibadzimu fans, said he is looking forward to the team continuing their impressive form and secure maximum points, especially at home, despite ZRP Gwanda ‘s reputation.
“ This might be an ordinary game to many, but to us, its crucial match that we look forward to, with our team aiming to secure maximum points at home and we hope they make us proud”.
The game will be a litmus test for Dulis but their home form has been impressive so far and their fans will be hoping their team carries on that momentum.
