THE body of Blessed “Bombshell” Geza, the late outspoken war veteran and Zanu PF Central Committee member who died in South Africa, has passed through Beitbridge to his home in Sanyati.

In a notice his family said the body will pass through several towns before his burial whose date is yet to be announced.

Sources at the Beitbridge Border Post said the hearse carrying Geza’s remains arrived just after 6am.

“There hearse was being driven by a woman and she said she would be leavin his casket at Nyaradzo Funeral Parlour. Hey were just in and out of the border showing their paperwork was in order,” said the source.

At Nyaradzo it is understood his remains weee quickly transferred to another hearse that left for Masvingo.

His burial date has not been announced but a viral flier showing the Geza’s remains movement showed his xasket would go to Masvingo, Mvuma, Gweru, Kwekwe, Kadoma, Chegutu, Norton and Harare.

His family asked Zimbabweans to line up the roads and celebrate his life.

Geza made empty threats against his party leader President Mnangagwa bfore running into exile in fear of an imminent arrest.

He asked people to stay with data in their phones to hear his never to be upstaging of his leadership which never even responded to his threats.

He died on February 6 at a hospital in South Africa.
