Harare – In a tragic twist of fate, Kudzai Keita, a well-known Harare businessman and prominent figure on social media, has lost his life in an early morning car crash. The accident occurred along Mutare Road at the Rhodesville Police Station, following the Glenara Road intersection, and has left the Zimbabweans in shock.
The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) has yet to officially confirm the details surrounding the crash.
However, circulating reports paint a grim picture, indicating that Keita was traveling in a maroon BMW with his mother and wife at the time of the accident. According to Crime Watch, Keita’s mother also tragically died in the incident.
Keita’s wife, Lonlisha Mufari—who is recognised as a prominent TikTok personality in Zimbabwe—remains in critical condition and is fighting for her life in the hospital. Friends and family are rallying around her during this harrowing time.
Adding to the somber atmosphere surrounding Keita’s death, social media users have recalled a prophecy he received indicating that he would meet his end either in an accident or by gunshot.
Just days before the fatal crash, Keita had survived another accident, which prompted him to consider his spiritual well-being and seek solace in church.
Sources close to Keita revealed that he was on his way to church with his mother and wife when the accident occurred.
Zimbabweans are grieving a loss that has touched many, and tributes continue to pour in for the businessman whose life was cut short in such a tragic manner.
