Some have called it uncontrolled fantasies, the spiritual ones have called it evil spirits, whatever it is, bestiality has landed a 28 year old Kadoma man is in trouble with the law for violating a goat
Edward Chitivha (28) of Tolrose Compound, Kadoma was arraigned before the Kadoma Magistrates’ Court facing bestiality charges.
As reported by the National Prosecuting Authority, allegations are that on the 12th of August 2024 at around 1600 hours, at plot 9 Blagdon Farm Eiffel flats, the complainant Isheunesu Shangudze (40) penned his five goats. During the night, the accused person entered into the goat pen, removed his clothes and placed them on the ground. He tied a white she goat’s legs to a pole, before he violated the goat.
The complainant who was sleeping in his house heard the goat crying and went out to investigate. The accused person ran away leaving his clothes behind, when he heard the complaint approaching. A police report was made, leading to the arrest of the accused person.
The accused person was remanded in custody to the 17th of September 2024.est
