Andreas Nguluvhe, the brother to the Minister Of State For Provincial Affairs and Devolution in Matabeleland South, has died
Minister Nguluvhe confirmed the sad development .
“He was the second born in my family. He was 91. He suffered a severe stroke on Tuesday and we transferred him to United Bulawayo Hospitals (UBH) but unfortunately this evening he passed on,” he said on Sunday night.
Funeral arrangements are yet to be announced.
