He said capital projects like the construction of the Thuli Manyage Dam and the Insiza Registry Office were failing to take of because of lack of resources.

“Ladies and Gentlemen – Funding Constraints: Projects like the Thuli Manyage Dam Construction and Insiza Registry Office Construction are facing delays due to inadequate funding. Effective resource allocation remains a challenge, impacting the timely completion of these projects,” he said.

He was welcoming delegates and the Special Advisor for Projects and Implementation to President Emmerson Mnangagwa Joram Gumbo on a four three day tour of Beitbridge projects.

Gumbo was touring projects outside the border post which were part of its US $300 million upgrade.
