State-owned telecommunications company TelOne Zimbabwe has officially announced its partnership as a reseller for Starlink, the satellite internet service developed by SpaceX.
The company shared this ‘exciting news’ with customers and on its social media platforms earlier today.
As the only fixed telecommunications service provider in Zimbabwe, TelOne emphasized the significance of this new partnership.
In a statement, the company said, “To all our valued Clients and Stakeholders, please be advised that TelOne is now an officially authorized Starlink Reseller. This exciting development expands our range of services that enable us to better serve you with modern and efficient connectivity solutions.”
The Starlink satellite internet solution is specifically designed to deliver high-speed, low-latency internet access, making it an attractive option for users in even the most remote areas of Zimbabwe.
This move is expected to significantly improve internet accessibility across the country.
