The Zimbabwe Football Association’s staff have successfully completed FIFA safeguarding essential online courses to ensure a safe football environment.
ZIFA states that their main objective is to build a foundation of trust, protection and ensure that football in Zimbabwe remains a space where players, coaches and fans can thrive without fear or harm.

Our commitment to safeguarding is stronger than ever as we kick off the year celebrating a significant milestone – our staff have successfully completed the FIFA Safeguarding Essentials Online Course!”
“This marks a crucial step in ensuring that football in Zimbabwe remains a space where players, coaches, and fans can thrive without fear or harm. Together, we are building a foundation of trust, protection, and respect in our football community,” ZIFA stated.
ZIFA ‘s committement to making football accessible to all and provide respectful and safe environment that enrich the fans, coaches and players is commendable especially in an environment that has witnessed and read unfortunate incidents were some female players, referees have reportedly bullied and sexually abused.
