Zezani high school’s Under 17 boys soocer team are readying for the Matebeleland South provincial games at Mqabuko school at Matobo district, scheduled to kick-off tomorrow until Friday.
Following their successful campaign in the Beitbridge district, where they defeated rivals Tongwe high 1-0 in the NASH Beitbridge District final, Zezani High school looks to extend its unbeaten run at district to the provincial competitions.
Zezani high school, affectionately known by its Motto “Faith and deeds” , highlighted that they believe in Coach George Mageleza ‘s guidance and hope that he will again deliver quality results.
“Just a reminder, last month our U17 Boys’ Team proudly won the Beitbridge District NASH Championship under Coach G. Mageleza’s exceptional guidance. We’re are still basking in the glory of their achievement and we wish them all the best in the upcoming provincial competitions. Thank you Coach Mageleza for your tireless dedication and expertise. “
In 2024 at the Matebeleland South provincial, Zezani high school’s U17 team lost in the semi-finals to Wanezi Mission. Fast forward 2025 they will be representing Beitbridge again, as they vie for redemption and the championship.
