A Beitridge church is among 10 that have benefitted from the benevolence of Harare businessman Wicknell Chivhayo and will get a bus among those bought for US$4 million.
In his message on X on Friday Chivhayo said he was gifting the churches because his leader Ezekiel Guti said it was important to give.
“Archbishop Ezekiel Guti once said to me that when you generously give to the Church, honour God’s house and His servants, you position yourself under OPEN HEAVENS. There is NEVER a loss when you give to God—there is only ETERNAL GAIN,” Chivhayo said in his message.
The churches to benefit are:

- St Albet Chikwira Branch
- Mutamba Madziva Branch
- Beitbridge Branch
- Natvest Branch
- Gutu Branch
