BEITBRIDGE residents woke up to another sad morning with the sad news of the death of one of urban Ward 2 and Beitbridge town citizen Enos Dera.
A close relation to the Dera family Eberth Mashakada (Tadzi Rice) broke the news at 0302am Saturday to a stream of condolences messages.
“Good morning neighbours It is with a heavy heart that l bring this news to you. Mr E Dera our neighbour is no more..May his soul rest in eternal peace ang may his family be comforted in the Lord’s name,” Mashakada said in her announcement to the Ward 2’s 589-member social media group.
A National Railways of Zimbabwe Pensioner, Dera was the father of known director of Master Plans, Master Dera.
His death comes just as Beitbridge residents are still mourning and yet to lay to rest another Beitbridge senior citizen and educationist Isaac Noko who has since been declared a Liberation War Hero….more to follow
