Premier Soccer league side Chicken Inn has parted  ways with their goalkeeper Donovan Bernard who is set for  South Africa ‘s National First Division side Kruger United.

Chicken Inn confirmed the departure of their goalkeeper Donovan, who featured in 138 games for the team.

“ Here we go.Done deal.Good bye Donovan.138 Games for us.It’s been a blast.All the best on your next Chapter,” said the Game Cocks in a tribute to their departing shot stopper.

The 29-year-old has been with the club since 2019 when he joined from Ngezi Platinum. Now in  2025, he now joining the South Africa ‘s National First Division side Kruger United.

Last season Donovan was named the Zimbabwe goalkeeper of the year after accumulating the most clean sheets.
