Premier Soccer league side TelOne Football Club has announced the signing of Elton Chikona from Dynamos FC ahead of their clash with Caps United.
The WiFi boys confirmed the arrival of 2023 Rockie Player of the year Chikona, reuniting him with former coach Herbert Maruwa.
“WiFi Boys announce the signing of 2023 PSL Rookie of the Year Elton Chikona. The 20 year old striker reunite with Herbert ‘Jompano’ Maruwa at TelOne from Dynamos,” TelOne stated.
Elsewhere, PSL debutants Mwos FC have secured the signature of Abubukar Moffat from Spanish side Motril FC.
“Abubakar is saying Assalaamu Alaykum, MWOS Family!
“We’re delighted to welcome Abubakar Moffat to the club!”
“The experienced midfielder brings international pedigree & technical quality to our squad after years in Spanish football,” Mwos FC stated.
The signing of Moffat, strengthens the Punters’ squad as they go toe to toe with reigning champions Simba Bhora in the title race.
