Christiano Ronaldo has celebrated his fans for helping him break the world record by becoming the first football star to reach 1 billion followers across all social media platforms.
The Portuguese captain expressed his gratitude on social media, appreciating his fans for their support in reaching this significant achievement.
“We’ve made history 1 BILLION followers! This is more than just a number; it’s a testament to our shared passion, drive, and love for the game and beyond,” he wrote.
In his heartfelt message on Facebook, Ronaldo reflected on his journey and the connection he shares with his fans.
“From the streets of Madeira to the biggest stages in the world, I’ve always played for my family and for you, and now 1 billion of us stand together.”
Fans have flooded social media with warm comments, including KDC Global, a Nigerian comedian and one of Ronaldo’s biggest supporters. He congratulated Ronaldo on Facebook, declaring the Portuguese star to be the greatest of all time.
“Cristiano Ronaldo is the greatest of all time because he is winning on the field, in life, in business, and with his family,” KDC Global said.
The Portuguese star has consistently set numerous milestones throughout his football career, recently surpassing 901 career goals and reaching 1 billion followers, raising the question of whether he can be regarded as the master of breaking records.
