Kanye West’s former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, is in hiding after filing a lawsuit accusing the rapper of sexual assault, sex trafficking, and harassment, her lawyer told the BBC.
Pisciotta, 36, worked for West (also known as Ye) in 2021 and first filed suit in June 2024, alleging harassment and wrongful termination.
In an amended July 2025 filing, she accused West of rape, stalking, and organizing a “swatting” campaign including a false police report that led to an armed raid on her Florida home.
West denies the claims, calling them “fantasy fiction.”
Pisciotta also alleges West exposed staff to racist and antisemitic behavior, and that he sent her explicit videos and messages. Her lawyer says she has deleted her online presence and is “afraid” as the case heads to court next month.
