Makweng- A foreign national believed to be Zimbabwean has been implicated in the murder of two women whose bodies were discovered in a decomposing state at a farm in Sebayang outside of Makweng in Limpopo province.

William Musoro (45) was arrested together with his boss Zachariah Olivier (60) and fellow employee Adriaan De Wet and were made to answer to two charges of murder, one count of attempted murder and defeating ends of justice. Musoro had a further charge slapped on him for contravening the Immigration Act at the Makweng Magistrate’s Court.

The suspects were arrested after the discovery of two decomposed women’s bodies in a pigsty on a farm in Sebayang, outside Makweng, on 20 August. The arrests followed a thorough investigation by the Provincial Tracking Team and Murder and Robbery Unit.

The investigation began when a 45-year-old South African woman went missing after visiting the farm on 17 August, accompanied by a 35-year-old foreign national woman. Both women sustained gunshot wounds, and a 47-year-old foreign national man, who was with them, was also shot and hospitalized.

The trio’s case was postponed to the 30th of August for formal bail hearing as police investigations continue.
