THE Premier Soccer League (PSL) has imposed heavy fines on Dynamos FC , in a widening crackdown on misconduct by clubs and technical staff.
Dynamos FC was fined US4,500 after being found guilty of disorderly conduct that delayed their Chibuku Super Cup match against Triangle United at Gibbo Stadium on 29 November 2025.
The club’s coach Kelvin Kaindu and technical officials — Thomas Ruzive, Takesure Chinyama, and Thulani Muzambwa — were also each fined US300. The club pleaded guilty, according to a statement issued by PSL Media Liaison Officer Kudzai Bare on December 16.
The league’s disciplinary clampdown follows another high-profile incident involving Ngezi Platinum Stars head coach Takesure Chiragwi, who was fined US$4,000 for slapping a player, McDonald Makuwe, during a league match against Dynamos at Rufaro Stadium in October.
Chiragwi was suspended by his club and also stepped down from his role as Warriors assistant coach while facing further PSL disciplinary proceedings.
In a separate ruling, Dynamos FC were also found guilty of causing the abandonment of their league match against FC Platinum at Mandava Stadium on 22 June 2025.
