Sakunda Holdings has been officially unveiled as the new sponsor of Scottland Football Club ahead of their inaugural Premier Soccer league season.
Scotland took their social media to announce and celebrate the massive deal by Sakunda Holdings to the tune.
Sakunda Holdings is also expected to buy cars for the team’s coach and team captain in the next few days as part of the package.
Following the sponsorship deal by Sakunda, Scottland chairman Tonderai ‘Pound’ Sakupwanya highlighted that the US$ 1.5 million sponsorship will give his team a good foundation ahead of the 2025 Castle Lager Premier Soccer League.
“It’s a relief, you know, the more financially liquid you are, the more you can perform your duties, the more you can recruit, we are overjoyed and extremely grateful,” said Tonderai said.
The sponsorship deal is one of the biggest in the history of Zimbabwean football and will give the newly promoted side a massive boost ahead of their inaugural dance with with big boys in the Zimbabwean premiership
