Botswana outfit, Black Lions Football Club, has invited six players from Dulibadzimu United for trials in Gaborone scheduled to start today.
Black Lions FC invited Ephany Gwavava, Patrick Kelly Muleya, Morris Musamba, Mike Nezungai, Messi Gushero and Benedict Sithole.
The Gaborone side confirmed that the trials form part of its recruitment process for the upcoming season and they are pleased assess these players.
“On behalf of the Black Lions Football Club, we are pleased to extend an official invitation to the following players from Dulibadzimu United to attend the trials with our club in Gaborone, commencing on Monday, 14 July 2025.
“These trials form part of our recruitment process for the upcoming season, and we are excited to assess the players ‘ potential within our club setup…,” Black Lions FC stated.
In light of the Beitbridge outfit’s departure for trials in Gaborone, Dulibadzimu United team manager Fednard Mashefu Matete rallied behind his players, wishing them well urging them to be great ambassadors for the team and for their own career.
“I know they will make the grade there, because they are good. As a club I think we are heading in the right direction because we are now attracting foreign clubs. For the past 3 seasons we have managed to produce players that went to other teams,” Mashefu Stated.
