Zimbabwean song writer and singer Young Gemini has won the Best Female Hip-Hop artist for the third year in a row, asserting her position as a leading figure on the hip-hop scene.

The Zimbabwe Hip Hop awards (ZHHA) were held in Harare at Royal Gate Gardens in Chisipite. 

Young Gemini born name Tania Seremwe rose to firm in 2019 after she featured a song Funhouse with Thelkool in Norton.She has dominated the scene and been the most-streamed female Hip Hop artist in Zimbabwe and is known for her hit songs, including Bag and Ngatidzokerane.

Other notable winners included Voltz JT securing three major awards, best album for NOP Makoni, Song of the Year for Mukoma Brian and he also won the People’s Choice award, Holy Ten who was recognized for Best Male Artist, Kayflow, who was recognized as Best Live Act; Bagga, awarded Video of the Year for “Jerusalema”; and Runna Rulez, named Best Newcomer and many more.
