Zimbabwe’s Warriors are set to battle Burkina Faso in a friendly match, scheduled to kick-off at 1800hours today in Casablanca, Morocco.
In preparation for their upcoming 2026 World Cup qualifiers and Africa Cup of Nations 2025, Zimbabwe is utilising these friendlies as preparations for their crucial fixtures, aiming to broaden and strengthen their squad.
Elsewhere, Zimbabwe ‘s other Warriors squad, led by Simon Marange, is set to battle rivals South Africa in the COSAFA Cup 2025 match day 2 fixtures tomorrow Bloemfontein.
Both teams look to restore their COSAFA pride, with Zimbabwe having drawn 0-0 with Mauritius, while South Africa seeks redemption suffering a 1-0 defeat against Mozambique ‘s Mambas.
This might be one of the most challenging match, as both teams need maximum points to secure their spot in the knockout stages.
In another fixture, Zambia and Comoros take center stage in the COSAFA Cup as they go head to head in the only match of the day today.
